Organic Tomato: Large Red Cherry Planting Instructions:
Plant Cherry Tomatoes in full sun 1/8 to 1/2" deep and 3 to 4" apart. Grow time is about 80 days. Start indoors 4 to 6 weeks before the last frost, planting in soil trays or pots. When the true leaves appear on the plants, transfer to 3 to 4" pots. When you transplant, bury the seedlings so that the lowest leaves are just above the soil and make sure the plants are well fertilized. You can transplant 2 to 4 weeks after the last frost. Space plants 2 to 3" apart. Use stakes, cages, or a trellis to support the tomatoes.

If you allow the fruit to fully ripen on the vine, they will have a much fuller flavor. Harvest tomatoes when the skin looks smooth and waxy. The top may not have turned mature in color yet. Store tomatoes at room temperature.
